About Us

With over 30 years experience from multiple industries, we offer a unique insight to the Clinical Research industry.

Combining the best practices from multiple industries allows us to create truly unique and helpful courses for CRAs

Inspired by our founder, Aga Finlayson, the White Wisteria Academy courses were created to help the multitude of CRAs who struggle on a daily basis against stress, travel and lack of time. Aga’s time in Clinical Research, from Data Management to CTA, then to CRA and Senior CRA, means that she’s done the time and knows exactly what differentiates a good CRA from a great one.

Since then, she has teamed up with experts in other industries such as IT, media and transport to see how they deal with the pressures of regulation, constant travel and over-allocation. Bringing together all this of this knowledge, along with her own lessons learned, makes for a unqiue perspective for CRAs not found anywhere else.
